Under our fee-based after-sales service, we can process all lost, broken or damaged lenses not covered by the warranty, for a period of 5 years from the date on which the product is no longer included in our collection, subject to stock availability. If certain lenses are not available, we will try to offer you an alternative solution.

Please note that all lenses are specially ordered from Julbo France and may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.
